Who does what

On this mat

We line up the heroes, describe the fillings, check the prices and point you at the right listing.

At the partner store

Checkout, payment, packing, shipping, tracking and the delivery itself. Your order lives in your account there.

From button to doorstep

  1. Press the red button. It opens that hero's listing at the partner store in a new tab.
  2. Check out there. Shipping options, delivery dates and any member perks are shown before you pay.
  3. Track from your orders page. The store emails a tracking link and keeps it under your account.

Speed and cost

Both depend on the store, the seller behind the listing and your address. Many Goo Jitzu listings qualify for the store's fast delivery; some older licensed heroes ship from third-party sellers and take longer. The listing shows the date before you commit.

Late, lost or squashed

Open the order in your partner store account and use its help option for that order. The store can see the parcel and can refund or resend. We cannot see orders from here, so we would only slow you down.
