Dojo rules

Seven rules hang by the door. Using {DOMAIN} means you are fine with them.

  1. This site shows; the store sells. Every purchase is a contract between you and the partner store or its seller. Their terms govern price, delivery, returns and warranty.
  2. Prices move. We print the price we last checked and the date we checked it. The figure on the store listing at checkout is the one that counts.
  3. Ratings are snapshots. Star scores and counts are taken from the store listing on the check date and will drift.
  4. Descriptions are honest efforts. We describe each hero from the maker's information and the pack itself. If we got a detail wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
  5. Names belong to their owners. Goo Jitzu and Heroes of Goo Jit Zu are trademarks of Moose Enterprise. Marvel, DC, Minecraft, Sonic the Hedgehog, Jurassic World, WWE and other character names belong to their respective rights holders.
  6. Use the heroes as intended. Ages 4 and up, not for under-threes, and a punctured figure is a retired figure. Follow the safety notes on the pack.
  7. No guarantees beyond the above. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from store listings, stock or third-party sellers.

We may update these rules; the date below moves when we do. California law applies.
